We strive to provide a comprehensive system of support for child care professionals working in centers and licensed homes. We offer support for the classroom teacher, child care director, family child care home provider as they do their work with the children and families they serve or as they work on their own professional development. Some examples of programs we offer to meet the needs of child care professionals in Davie County are:
Child Care subsidy bonuses for centers and homes who maintain a 4 or 5 star license.
 Salary supplements through the W.A.G.E.$. program for child care professionals who are working towards their early childhood degree or who have completed their degree.
