REGISTER HERE

Location: Smart Start of Davie County (1278 Yadkinville Road, Mocksville)

Trainer: Stephanie Nelson

Cost: Free for IN COUNTY (residence or employee); $10 fee for OUT OF COUNTY

Training Details:  Learn the strategy of "Pause, Ask, and Respond" to manage children's behaviors. We will discuss how pausing can help teachers determine what skills the child is missing.  By looking at the situation from the child's perspective, we can teach the missing social and emotional skills needed to better manage children's behaviors and big emotions. NC FELD will be used to identify age-appropriate emotional and social skills.
